This rare stone of great beauty is known under the names of Purple Opalite, Ice Cream Opal and Purple Passion. It comes from the closed Brush Wellman beryllium mine, in the state of Utah, United States. Tiffany stone is fluorescent (bright green) under ultraviolet light. It is a stone of serenity, its purple and white color make it a good stone of spiritual protection.
