What are the delivery times?

Deliveries are made within 48/72 hours in Metropolitan France by registered letter or Colissimo. Allow 5 to 10 working days for the French overseas departments and territories and abroad.

What payment methods do you accept?

You have several options to pay for your purchases:

Payment by bank cards through our partners BNP PARIBAS and PayPal, payment by PayPal account, by check or by bank transfer.

For payments by check or bank transfer, shipping is made after receipt of payment and cashing of the check.

What happens if my bracelet breaks?

It may happen that the elastic thread gives way over time or after too much thread tension.

Don't panic!

During the entire warranty period of the bracelet (2 years), simply contact us and ask for a repair kit.

It will be sent to you at our expense.

Outside the warranty period, you just need to buy some elastic thread and you can easily rebuild your bracelet.

When will I receive my order?

Products are shipped within 24/48 hours.

Postal delivery times vary depending on the region and territory: 24 hours for Paris and the Paris region, 48 to 72 hours for Metropolitan France and 5 to 7 working days for the entire world.

Are the stones real natural stones?

We only sell natural stone products on our site.

To check the veracity of the stones, there are some tips:

  1. The first is to soak your jewelry in water for a few hours and check if the water does not color. Be careful, for some stones like shungite, the black deposit is a natural phenomenon due to its composition. In addition, avoid soaking angelite and malachite which do not like water.
  2. The second is to heat a fairly thin needle and try to pierce the stone. If the needle does not sink in or the stone has not blackened, we can consider it to be a real stone.
  3. The third is to find your stone on the Mhos scale and see if it is stronger than materials that are supposed to be less strong than it.

Please note that we will not be able to provide refunds in the event of damage following these tests.

What does Grade A, AA etc.. mean?

Stones are classified according to their quality. We have established the following classification:

  • B = average quality
  • AB = standard quality
  • A = good quality
  • A+ = high quality
  • AA = very high quality
  • AA+ = excellent quality
  • AAA = extra quality (best possible quality)

Do you issue certificates of authenticity?

Certificates of authenticity, to have any value, can only be issued by an independent gemological laboratory.

We are not authorized to do this type of test. However, all our stone suppliers have them.

All certificates made by independent sellers are fake if they do not come from an independent laboratory.

How can we convert our loyalty points?

You can start converting your loyalty points from 50 points.

All you have to do is click on the "LOYALTY" button located at the bottom left of the site and then click "REDEEM POINTS". Once the number of points to convert has been selected, a discount code is generated that you just need to copy into the "DISCOUNT CODE" location on the payment page.
