Refund policy
In accordance with the legislation in force, and in particular Articles L.221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the article to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or bear penalties.
You then have, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, a period of fourteen (14) days following the notification of your decision to retract to return the item(s) concerned. The costs of returning the product(s) are your responsibility except in the case of defective products or products that do not comply with the order.
In accordance with the legislation, we undertake to refund you no later than 14 days after the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw, unless there is a justified delay. However, we may defer the refund until the day the products are collected in their original state or until you have provided proof of shipment of the products.
How to return one or more products.

You go back on your purchase decision
You made a mistake during your order
The product ultimately does not correspond to what you were looking for
The product received has a defect (not to be confused with a cavity or a natural crack in the stone)
